Demo Account for Workshop
When a demo account is created for participants, the faciliator of record list in FBC should also be added to that same sandbox. It's difficult to support clients when they are in one demo account and the faciliator is in a different demo account. Having everyone in the same sandbox would assist in supporting clients in the moment.

Eric HuberHi Kate, help me understand more clearly. Are you suggesting:
1) That a facilitator should be able to view one account for each workshop participant in their dropdown?
2) That there should be a single workshop account for all participants (plus the facilitator) of a given workshop that they all have access to and can all use together?
Depending upon your answer above, can you provide an example of how it would be useful? Thank you.
