A full breakdown of feature parity from Legacy to PI2

Diagnose 2.0 brought many exciting new features however, it seems there were some features we were accustomed to in legacy no longer exist. Such as resending the survey, extending the survey, multiple reminders, etc.
Unfortunately we had to find out the hard way these features are no longer available.

Alex Tompkins AdminThe feature request portion of this suggestion has documented. Extending the survey and multiple reminders are on the roadmap. Moving this to the resources/assets board so that documentation can be create to help.
