This is missing from PI2 training. The Special A=D relationship - Decision Making where it shows the progression of the D crossing the midpoint was a training highlight. It was a huge aha! moment with Factor Combinations and was one thing everyone would remember. It was a great break in FEC training from just writing down what was on the slide, It went from Easy to Avoidance and from Trail away to Measure 5x This slide put in perspective how the A:D relationship was a true continuum of behavior and made every pattern truly unique, as it related to an important workplace behavior. I do hope you would consider bringing it back.
