  Hi Damon - while we aren't updating DRwT at this time, we will not be including the bank teller exercise in the new PI2 Workshops. Thank you for your suggestion.

  It's true that people don't go to banks anymore but, we do have a lot of community banking clients so I would like to keep it as an option. A suggestion would be to a hospitality company. John is a Front Desk Agent for a hotel or maybe a host at a high-end restaurant, etc.
