Known issue/bug of New Software User & Learn not "connecting" for DRWT
Sometimes when a new software user is registered for DRWT, they aren't able to access Learn for pre-work, it's usually fixed with a quick call to Support to link the software & Learn on the backend, but has been issue for a while, hoping bug could be repaired to successfully link software & Learn. I really only ever see this with brand new users, maybe they try to log in to Learn before ever logging in to software and it somehow causes a glitch in that connection.

Thank you, Alicia. The team has adjusted the Learn course permissions so you shouldn't encounter this issue anymore. Please let me know if it happens again.
