PI2 Decoding Feedback: How the BA Assessment is calculated
Is there a reason why we took out the explanation for how the BA is calculated/works. It used to be part of the legacy training. Also did not see any information on the CA either. Is this included in PI2 Hire?

Agree - we need a lot more info about the CA. There are three slides in the HIRE workshop and nothing in the new Toolkit - that's not sufficient. -

Eric Huber AdminArnie, thanks for this submission. The CA does feature within Predict. We'll take your suggestion about adding more info on how the BA is calculated into account for a future version of Decode.
Pernille, can you share more on what you feel is missing about the CA in Predict? I want to understand more specifically what you think should be added. -

Sam KlemarczykHello! We have added slides which cover how the BA is calculated to the appendix of Decode Workplace Behavior. These should feel very familiar to the discussion flow in DRWT. These are now included in V2025A. Thank you for the suggestions and feedback.
