PI2 Decoding Training Slided on Bell Curve #s is Confusing.

The slide with the bell curve that depecits that 68% of the factors fall in the moderately high/low and then breaks down the next signmas. It used to be easier to understand in the DRWT, where t went from 68% all the way to 2.1, vs. 68% to 98. something. having the 2.1 in the extremely hihg/low makes the point of how rare this intensity tends to be.
