The workbook suggests only taking notes on your own pattern. Please modify this page to include a space to take notes on all of the factor combinations.

Hi Becca, thanks for this request. Unfortunately, we aren't going to be able to add pages for notes throughout the workbook at this time. Doing so would necessitate going through each of the five decks and renumbering each one of the many references to workbook page numbers, and that's something that we won't be able to consider doing until the next major release in the future (V2025A, etc.). It's also worth noting that we've heard complaints about the size and cost of the workbook, and adding notes pages throughout the asset would add to both.
I've added this request to our workshop backlog to ensure we revisit it in the future. Thanks for your understanding. -

Sam Klemarczyk Admin PinnedHi Rebecca, thank you for the valid suggestion. We won't be making any changes like this to the workshop materials at this time, given that we just got the physical materials in for V2025A. This will be at the top of my list for needed revisions when that time comes again, therefore, I will mark this as under consideration. Thank you for your understanding.

Becca VanDerveer MergedPlease add a place in the workbook to take notes on the individual four drives. Currently there is only a spot to document their own profile relative to the 4 drives.
To understand factor combos, we need to thoroughly teach individual drives so they have the proper scaffolding.
Thank you. -

Rhonda Holloway MergedAgree. For the Factors and Factor Combinations. I love having them review and write down their own results, but I think it's also very helpful to write down both sides. Writing can help them remember and also very helpful in building self-awareness when they write down something that may be very opposite for them.

Teri KinsellaEven with the old workbooks (which did have a small area to take notes) people complained they didn't have enough room for notes. We need space for this in the workbooks so people can refer back to their workbooks for these notes, post-workshop

Colleen Edmondson MergedThis is very important as when we get in other modules like Inspire, they need to be able to refer back to factors, motivating needs and behaviors high or low to understand how to effectively communicate with teammates or manager.

Becca VanDerveer@ Eric Huber--Thanks for following up. In response to the complaints about the size and cost... an easy way to fix this would be to have each module have their own workbook. Or at least having Decode Hire and Inspire together in one and have Design and Diagnose be separate workbooks... Should reduce the number of pages since those will be the most relevant training.

Becca VanDerveerIs there any chance of revisiting this again? Especially with the renewed focus on Hire & Inspire it would make sense to streamline the materials (remove the diagnose & design workshops from the $100 kit) and add a place to take notes on the four drives and factor combos...
