PI2 upgrade checklist- updating email address video
The PI2 upgrade checklist includes a video suggesting how to update email addresses. The video states "But you'll notice there's quite a few emails that need to be updated. So if you do have quite a few, reach out to your consultant, to maybe talk about a bulk way of updating this information". Currently there is not a way to bulk update email addresses.
Could we:
1. Revise the video/checklist to not include this line as it isn't currently possible?
2. Advise clients on what will happen if they do not update email addresses?

The User Education team has removed the line from the video and updated our checklist to explain better what happens to non-domain emails that aren't uploaded before the upgrade. The Upgrade Support Guide has been updated with an updated checklist.
