Create a Bundled workshop option for PI2 sessions
Create a bundled workshop in PI2 (Decode- Predict-Develop) that is the equivalent to DRWT. We host large virtual and in-person sessions. We would like a bundled option because as it stands now we have to create three separate workshops with the same attendees, three times with three different workshop numbers, each with their own fee. Not ideal.

Trisha Buchanan MergedCreate a bundled workshop in PI 2 (Decode-Predict-Develop) that is equivalent to the DRWT session we currently have. We host large workshops both virtual and in-person and request a bundled option so that we are only entering participants in the system once. As it stands now, we must create three separate sessions with the same attendees three times with three different workshop numbers.

Teri KinsellaWe must have a bundled workshop that aligns with DRWT! The additional admin work is unwieldy and unnecessary.

Colleen EdmondsonThis is currently not efficient and a huge waste of resources. Bundle needs to be created to eliminate this waste.

Melanie Wood MergedAnd it would be great to have bundled emails to limit the number of emails they receive.

Rhonda HollowayHaving them broken down for partners is GREAT, gives us lots of options! Scheduling all the options in Sales Force and explaining the multiple auto-generated emails to clients is a different story. One option could be to simplify workshop scheduling in Sales Force, calling it "PI Training" and give us options (check boxes or something) to indicate which modules will be included. If we indicated which module/modules we were offering you'd get your CLF info and we could keep it simple for clients and us not having to create and manager SO MANY SF Workshops.

Brian Gelt MergedClients don't understand the different workshops. We know there are different parts to the workshop, but we still present it as one session.

Thank you for this submission Trisha, and everyone else for the comments here.
While we aren't exploring a formal bundle of Decode, Predict and Develop at this time, we are in the process of rolling out several enhancements to address the issues as described above:
1) We will be enabling the cloning of workshops in FBC. This would make it so you can add participants into a Decode workshop, and then easily duplicate them to Predict/Develop.
2) We are adding a field in FBC you can use to add online meeting links to the confirmation email so you don't have to manually distribute them to participants of virtual workshops after logging the workshop in FBC. -

3) We are removing one of the pre-workshop reminder emails, bringing the maximum number of emails a participant gets in advance of a session down to two.
4) We are introducing a toggle to turn off all post-workshop emails (except the initial survey email) for participants attending multiple modules. All existing pre-workshop emails can already be toggled off.
Enhancements #1-3 will be released by the end of next week. Enhancement #4 will be released by the end of November.
My hope is that these changes will help address the underlying issues of tedious/unnecessary admin work and participants getting overwhelmed with emails. -

Beth FrielLove the new bundle! From my experience, introducing factor combinations up front is cognitive overload. I know that some of the larger Partners train this way but I get a lot of blank faces and confusion. I like to introduce FCs just after the Self Concept review and before Job Targets.
