From latest All network call in August:
During Monday’s ANW, it was stated that Partners can attend the client Upgrade Webinar. We need to correct that response and please ask Partners to not register for these webinars. We’ve found that questions raised by Partners at the Upgrade Webinars can be specific to Partner/seller needs and can create confusion for clients. Instead, we encourage you to attend the Partner-exclusive Upgrade Office Hours hosted by our Partner Education team beginning on August 19th.


If Partners won't be allowed to join the client facing webinar can you make a recording and the slide available for Partners?

Additionally, how do you intend to communicate any client concerns raised back to Partners?
