Change the "Getting Started with PI" email invitation
The language inviting clients to attend the Getting Started with PI webinar makes confuses clients. The language cannibalizes training by misinforming clients to think they are trained in PI.

Given that PI has shared that training numbers are down across the network and that that is concerning, I strongly agree that comms that give clients the illusion that they’ve “been trained” to use the data to responsibly solve business problems should be changed. -

Becca VanDerveerI ran out of characters in the above post.
"a two-hour virtual onboarding workshop available for free for a limited time only - typically a $499 value per person"
^^This sentence in particular is inaccurate as PI HQ/PIM wouldn't charge for this webinar. Calling it a workshop is also misleading. -

Teri KinsellaPlease change the language on this welcome email to clarify that it is to help the get started and that they still need to be trained. Also, please don't put a price on that, it's disingenuous, as we would not charge for this.

Melanie WoodPlease remove the "price tag" as that is limiting pricing for any sessions we do hold. To Becca's point, clients think it is a training class on PI when it is an informational overview, not a workshop. Thanks!

Becca VanDerveerIs there any update on this? I submitted this request a year ago and it's been 6 months since it seemed like we were making progress on changing the language.

Eric Huber AdminWe've adjusted the content so that the term "workshop" does not appear in any emails related to Getting Started with PI or PI 101. If you see otherwise, please let me know.
