Adding a chat feature for customer support (not just partner support)
this would help tremendously in terms of client frustration with turn-around time

RDB AdminQuick update! In PI2 software users can leverage our AI Support Bot, Fin, to get support directly when they get stuck in the product. We are updating the bot regularly as it learns and building out new workflows.
We are in the process of developing a way for us to integrate a human support component into that PI2 workflow and hope to have that ready to share in the next few months.
