WORKSHOP SLIDES AND MANUALS: "DRIVES" AND "NEEDS" inconsistent with all previous workshop material
DRIVES: ie: DOMINANCE etc.. is correct.
NEEDS: ie: "A NEED to exert one’s influence on people and events" is now reflected (incorrectly) as The DRIVE to exert one’s influence on people and events.
The previous slide refers to DRIVES (create) > NEEDS (which result in displayed) > BEHAVIOURS. If the slides for each factor are no longer consistent to the previous decades of workshop material then we should not mention DRIVES > NEEDS > BEHAVIOURS which aligned to Page 24 of Workshop Workbook.
The emphasis of the NEED for each drive has been eroded, neglected which reduces the participants full understanding.

Hi Chantal, this slide you referenced from a previous version of Decode was easily misconstrued. I hope the new slides reflect the changes you are looking for, as we certainly are not neglecting "needs". Thank you.
